This was my second time patronizing her business.The first time I went I found her to be very personable, professional, knowledgeable and got a 2-strand twist and color. Minus the $25 deposit, the final bill was 100 and added a $3 tip, hence $103 from Zelle. I asked at that time what she charged for a trim and was told 20. Ok, good--- Prior to the second appt I indicated via text that I wanted to get the same thing as before adding the trim.
