The esthetics department is astronomical!!!! Wow. One treatment I look years younger. I'm impressed with the rooms, service and it took me 12 months to get an appt. They are busy for a reason. Get on the wait list. It's worth it.
Called this spa to book some services for my birthday. They don't answer the phone so I texted. The next day I also sent a message through their website. Now they have both my phone number and email but several days later have not bothered to contact me. VERY poor customer service.
I have had wonderful experiences at this spa. I am a dental assistant that suffers from terrible neck pain. Alaine has hands of magic and gives an excellent massage! Highly recommended

I got the spa pedicure done by Gabriel and he was lovely and did a great job. The atmosphere of this little spa is very calm and relaxing, and Gabriel had great hospitality and made my feet look so pretty! I had the speciality champagne drink with a shot of vodka and needless to say felt wonderful
