CiCi provides excellent service for an excellent price. She takes her time and listens to what you are trying to achieve. She is professional, but a sweet person at the same time.
My beautiful shiney hair now looks like Gene Simmons hair Ci Ci response is false 1, because I never spoke with her. 2, I never ever bleached my hair in my entire life. 3. I came in for a simple root touch-up brunette does not require bleaching. 4 Ci Ci and the entire staff left an hour or so before us. 5. There is no video, see my photos below. 6. Destroyed my hair. I have fine hair. The guy didn't know what he was doing. The owner was working on one side of us and another experienced lady on the other side of us. Yet they saw him struggling and didn't correct him. He had to redye my hair, over cut my hair and blew it on hot, hot for what seemed like an hour.
