Good haircut and very knowledgeable about hair.
I just called and said I needed a trim and that I had fine limp hair - I asked her what kinds of hair she specialises in and she replied it was a silly question and she never was never asked that before. And then said bye and hung up!!! (so this review is only on customer service as I never even got to make an apt.)
