I just called and said I needed a trim and that I had fine limp hair - I asked her what kinds of hair she specialises in and she replied it was a silly question and she never was never asked that before. And then said bye and hung up!!! (so this review is only on customer service as I never even got to make an apt.)
Been coming to Betty for years. Love her and the quality of work she does. She cares about her clients, and is always able/willing to give advice on styles and lengths.
