I called up and politely made an enquiry for my wife. I asked how much it would cost for a facial as I wanted to book one in for her. The woman who answered didn't say a word in response and hung up the phone. Disgusting treatment. Clearly she hates men. This beautician treats men like second class citizens.

Not only was the wax as gentle and pain free as you can make it. The attention to my request were met without question in an east going receptive way. I thought I had the best esthetician before but Beauty By Alanna raised the bar to a new level. Kudos
