doesn’t even deserve the 1 star lol. scheduled for a hair toning service, which i’ve had done before at another beautybrands for the lady to tell me they don’t do that unless i’m getting another hair color service which makes no sense because why is that service on the website to book for then? and also i had called to let them know i was running 5 mins late and they couldn’t have informed me that over the phone?? or they could have called me to inform me the day before my appointment prior to me driving 25 minutes there. on... read more
