About the only downside: it's a chain, and we all want to support the mom-and-pop stores, but with a great chain like this it's hard. Hair - only one haircut so far, but no complaints. Great cut, VERY cheap price ($24 for staff) and I got special help picking out a good shampoo/conditioner afterwards as well. Wax - only place I go in KC, other places just aren't as good!
