I had a wonderful first time experience, as I’m new to California and I will be coming back. Karen has a beautiful clean shop. My appointment was seamless and very efficient, I was very comfortable and my braider was kind and did a phenomenal job on my hair. The parts are perfect and braids are neat and all for a great price! I got knotless French curl braids, shoulder length in the color Ash latte blonde. I bought my hair and Karen was kind enough to recommend an amazing beauty supply store in Oakland.

I had a wonderful experience at my hair appointment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing. Prayer was right on time, which I really appreciated, and the entire experience felt calm and unhurried. The ambience was beautiful, and the level of care and professionalism was exceptional. Went in for a super simple style for a trip to Mexico. Two cornrows with some curly pieces. First there’s was Way to much product used. Curly pieces were done with no attention to detail. And fell out on day two. One of the braids was thick. The other one was skinny. She was running about 15 minutes late and her next appointment was sitting there waiting. I decided to take my loss and leave. Maybe it’s my hair texture or the style of braids I chose. But I personally would look elsewhere for my next appointment
