Absolutely outstanding customer service! I got a gorgeous set of eyelash extensions from Lilly, who couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Very comfortable bed and cushion to lie on, super speedy application and she took great care to work out what would be best for my eye shape. I highly recommend, and am delighted with the results.
Face quickly done with no real effort to ensure all hair removed. Claimed it was too short yet was able to remove lots more at home using a Tweezerman spring. Resent paying £30 for a half-arsed job
Been here twice now and really love this salon. Got gel nail extensions with some fabulous nail art, then after about 7 weeks finally found the time to go back for infills. Within this time my nails were still in great condition even if grown out a lot! Their work is amazing, can't believe my nails never chipped or broke during this time especially given the job I have my nails aren't well looked after. I have anxiety so usually hate going to get my nails done but I feel really comfortable in here and all the staff are lovel... read more
