I really enjoy coming here for my beauty services. Beauty Box is truly a space that is by us AND for us! I felt sooo welcomed and comfortable. My silk press by Joy was beautiful and I LOVED the steam treatment (my favorite part lol). She really took care of me and beautified my hair and I never felt rushed! The customer service across the whole Beauty Box team was top tier *chef’s kiss*. Everyone should definitely check out this space and the services that their stylist offer; they even offer waxing and lashes, I believe.

This appointment was with @loviejoy_street (aka Cherry Me Please) on September 18th at 2:30pm. I returned because I’d had a good experience years ago, but this visit was the complete opposite — it was the most upsetting hair experience I’ve had since childhood. I arrived at 2:20 and didn’t leave until after 7.
