Was approached by security before a beauty associate because multiple associates were actively ignoring me and when he flagged an associate down to help me she said I was "on the wrong side of the store" because I couldn't possibly be buying high end products. Safe to say I was only treated well after uttering the brand Stila and acted as fake as the associate so she wouldn't know that I asked for her name to call her out. On November 7, I purchased the Fragrance Discovery Collection for Him from Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart (317 Seventh Ave SW, Calgary) and redeemed the included voucher for a full-size Armani You fragrance. I paid $152.25 CAD in cash. The box handed to me was sealed, but when I opened it at home, the product inside was not Armani, but a Zara fragrance—a completely different and lower-value brand.
