Avoid this place at any cost. Today i went to buy a fragrance i was planning to buy 400$ of fragrance when i was checking which definitely we have to if we are spending 300 to 400$ on a fragrance. They have samples of the fragrances and i was checking the sample before the purchased, 2 spray the fragrance on a tester strip mean 2 spray and a brown anty with wired smile pop up somewhere and said don’t do that just one spray is enough, seriously? I had the best experience shopping at SDM Sunridge. ILHAM and Rama were so helpful and patient helping me find my favourite one. For sure I’m gonna come back to them in the future. They are the best.
Rama the beauty specialist was very helpful she’s extremely sweet and gave me so much recommendations and help around the store i will for sure be coming back!!!
Horrible staff and experience! I went in today because I was excited to see the new discovery perfume set, but when I went in I was immediately followed by security in every direction I walked, even though I was one of two people inside, I was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. When I was finally able to talk with a beauty clerk she was rude (giving me a dirty look) and held the product close to her chest not allowing me to see its contents.
