I had an AMAZING service today!!! I went to Shoppers to get some cologne for my dad's birthday. I was first met with Milka, and she provided the best and most professional customer service I've ever seen. I told her about the kind of cologne my dad likes, and she began to show us all the cologne she had. I smelled over 15 types, and she was very enthusiastic about it and wasn't rude. I called this evening, March 4th to double check if there was an item in stock as it was showing available on the store locator… the girl who answered the phone sounded less than enthused to hear someone’s voice on the phone. As I asked if she would like the item number. She replied, “what is it? a fragrance, a what?” In the most condescending tone and proceed to sound annoyed while telling me details about it. Shopper drug mart in sunridge mall is the worst shoppers in Calgary I went into perfume shop to buy my 17 year old grand daughter perfume. The 2 ladies were so busy talking and buying there own stuff threw till it was hard to get help.It was so bad I left with out purchase. Then my husband went into get my father in laws prescription they were so rude at the pharmacy it was unreal. And to top it all off they never fid what they promised and we see missing medications. Worst experience!!!…lady in perfume section my god i was asking her about deals. She was not interested to talk to me. There were three boys who also were doing shopping. She was really into them. Thats’s not good. She has to attend every customer same way. Way of her talk that was ridiculous. Never coming again to this location. Make employees to work shoppers, not to do flirt while on duty🙄
