Poor service from an associate (long hair, with a piercing on her neck), in the beauty/perfume department. When I asked if she has a tester for the men’s Hermes’ perfume and the price she said “there is no tester and it’s $192, do you want it?”. I asked if the one beside the section is the tester and she responded, "yes, there are cards there you can spray it yourself, that is what it is there for" in an aggressive and condescending tone.
