None of the staff nor the pharmacist knows what is where! This Shoppers Drug Mart is TOTALLY useless. I dealt with the Merchandising manager for Keri-Oil, she said she has never heard of such a product! Until my wife found it and I went and showed to her but ignored me. Same thing with the cashier, another useless worker. I gave her Eucalyptus oil bottle she charged me $9.99, I showed her shoppers drug mart price on my phone it is supposed to be $8.99, lol she goes to me we don’t price match! Horrible location with zero customer service. A product online was cheaper than in store. The cashier called the manger Dorothy to come out, she rudely said “we don’t honour online prices” and turned around and walked away mid sentence. The young cashier then said it was to “encourage online shopping rather than coming into the store.” Really? So they don’t want us to come into the stores anymore? No more shopping at Nipissing location for me and my family!!
