Repulsive pharmacy staff. 2 pharmacy staff members are OPENLY hateful and discriminatory against members of the LBGTQ+ community while working and don’t care that other staff and customers hear them. They’re likely racists too. I don’t want to witness this anger and hatred while picking up a prescription. Those are unsafe individuals. Will not be using Shoppers for prescriptions anymore and neither will my family. The lake Vista Plaza location in Oshawa are no different. One woman in particular working here is extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant. Not sure how someone like this has a job in customer service. She will never acknowledge you, ignores you, is very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Makes for a horrible shopping experience especially when you need help. I wish I knew her name so I could add it in here. Get it together shoppers.

I was in Courtice beauty boutique in Shoppers today,. A girl welcomed me when I walked in the store who was in cosmetics. She was wearing a black lace dress with her hair in multiple hair clips and in my opinion didn't look well put together.Iwould not get advise on makeup products from someone who doesn't look well put together and doesn't appear to know how to do her own makeup. All the other cosmetic staff look well put together.
