Yesterday I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart. I brought in a brand-new, unopened bottle of Chanel perfume with the original receipt, hoping to return it for a gift card. It was a gift from a friend, but I already own the exact same fragrance. The supervisor on duty, named Domi, was shockingly rude and dismissive.
