Terrible service. I paid to have my passport photo taken and was given a damaged USB flash drive. The solution? Pay again or wait 30 minutes for a refund. Terrible customer service, unprofessional.
I’ve only had great experiences at this location. Today, I had to exchange a Nars foundation and the associate there was incredibly helpful in finding my shade. I had another associate check me out and both were so incredibly nice and helpful during the transaction. I can always rely on great customer service here!
