Usually the beauty staff is very helpful, friendly and kind but the beauty manager Ginnete is rude and inpatient. She not just treats the customers poorly but also her new staff that are still learning.

☆☆ — Decent but Pricey I visited the Shoppers Drug Mart on Clover Bar recently. The store is clean, organized, and mostly has friendly staff, which makes shopping fairly pleasant. The main downside is that it can be quite expensive unless you find good deals or promotions. While the selection is solid, the higher prices keep me from giving a higher rating. Overall, a decent store for convenience and cleanliness, but I recommend checking for discounts before making larger purchases.
