Five stars for Zeynab! She was incredibly helpful, polite, and made my checkout experience seamless. She helped me with my beauty purchases and answered all my questions with a smile. Highly recommend looking for her if you need assistance at the Yonge Street location!
Very weak Customer service in beauty section
The pharmacy refused to do assessment for my symptoms for which pharmacists can prescribe and do treatment, even though their pharmacist was present on site.
Very poor customer service. I asked the staff for help finding a medical product (skin glue / liquid bandage), but they didn’t help at all and showed no interest in assisting
