I visited this beauty boutique expecting a premium experience, especially since this is one of the only locations in the city. While the staff were polite and the store carried some nice gift sets, I was extremely disappointed that they don’t offer any gift wrapping service. When customers are buying gift sets—especially from a boutique that markets itself as upscale—the presentation is just as important as the products themselves.
