On May 26 at 7:40 PM, I spent $170 on perfume at the only Shoppers in Winnipeg that carries Chanel. At checkout, I was given only 4 samples (two of which were unknown brands). I politely asked if I could exchange them for other scents. The three staff members exchanged glances, then refused, saying "these are all we have." Such an overwhelming shopping experience, about 10 workers stand around you and stare while taking turns asking if you want help. Staff was super rude and snobby, a few customers came to the front to ask the price of an item, the staff told them and they were shocked and let them know that it’s a high price so they’re going to think on it, as they walked away the staff all huddled and laughed at them in a teasing manner. I ended up cancelling my transaction and leaving because I was so appalled by the entire experience.
