I bought a perfume and had a couple of issues with it. I reached out to Jora by email, and he helped me get it sorted out. They genuinely care about customer service, and I really appreciate it.

Hi Today I purchased Perfume set and the staff is very rude and very unprofessional. There are 2 ladies working I don't know their name. They don't know how to deal with customers and they didn't provide testers whereas other shoppers provide testers everytime when i buy something. Wish I had checked the reviews before going there.

Awful experience here. Starting off by saying no hate towards the associate but the policy here makes no sense. I bought a fragrance sampler set here. When I got to my car, I noticed the box seals had already been peeled and there were fingerprints on it. Gross. I immediately walked back in to ask for an different box, the associate said there was none and the back. I said not a problem please just refund me, she then told me it was final sale. I was never told this during the transaction, not written anywhere on the receipt... read more

Worst experience ever at the Beauty Boutique I went to Shoppers and purchased a Dior blush along with a few other beauty products. The saleswoman (I believe her name was Melissa) was extremely rude and made weird faces. When I asked for makeup samples, she refused and said, “We don’t give samples,” which I found surprising since I always receive them at the Metrotown location. The staff there are much more professional and friendly. This was honestly my worst experience ever at a Shoppers Beauty Boutique.
