The service is terrible. Script was not filled for over a day. I told them I’ll come in, in the morning and it still wasn’t filled. The student pharmacy male, saw me standing at the counter had to be told to help me. I won’t be coming back to this store. There has been many service issues with staff.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. STAY AWAY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JOANNE. This store sells expired products, which is especially concerning when purchasing items related to your health. Please be cautious. This sunscreen was purchased last night (Dec. 16, 2025) and is expired. My experience with Joanne was exceptionally poor. She was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Must read before visiting this pharmacy and serious concern about this location… This Shoppers Drug Mart location has the worst pharmacists I have ever interacted with (Pertesh and Sheila), and I am absolutely going to file a complaint against them because of what I had to deal with this past week. I had a great experience at the beauty boutique, thanks to Luna and (I think) Amanda! ( if I have the name right) Luna was extremely helpful and patient, while Amanda was also friendly and kind. Both made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service!
