I had an amazing experience with Sierra at Shoppers. Even though I couldn't return one of the items, she completely turned things around by offering gift samples that more than made up for it. Her kindness and exceptional service left a lasting impression, and my wife was absolutely thrilled by her thoughtful gesture.
