Had the pleasure of dealing with a hiral Patel while picking up wife’s prescription. Guy had no smile on his face he looked annoyed that I was at his store to buy from him. I gave him the insurance details and he looks at the info and starts asking what’s the company name after I tell him that it’s gsc. I had an amazing experience with Sierra at Shoppers. Even though I couldn't return one of the items, she completely turned things around by offering gift samples that more than made up for it. Her kindness and exceptional service left a lasting impression, and my wife was absolutely thrilled by her thoughtful gesture.
