In this Osborne store. The lady cashier is elderly. First is a very nice lady. She does her job well. Just tell First. She should shave her face. She always has hair on her face. We like to see her beautiful. Thank you.

Waited 30 mins for staff to help and they refused to do an exchange even thought it was within the 30 days with an unopened product. They insisted I call their head office to discuss the exchange because I used pc points on the purchase. Update: They called me back and assisted me with the exchange, Kathy at the perfume section was very helpful.

The pharmacist and beauty boutique were kind and helped me. Until I needed the washroom while I waited for my prescription... They all told me to ask the front cashier... I went to ask her nicely. And she immediately refused. Where am I supposed to go to the washroom at 7 pm and in this temperature?... "Im a Veteran and wouldn't leave it a mess." I replied. She then said "It doesn't matter, it's dirty"... I had to walk around to find a washroom...

I came to this location seeking basic guidance for a dry cough and was met with rude and dismissive service. I was told to wait in the consultation area, but no one ever assisted me. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and awareness of patient needs was extremely disappointing. Given the importance of pharmacy staff within the community, such treatment is unacceptable. I strongly encourage management to assess the situation and address these issues promptly, I would not recommend this location for any medical concerns.
