Niki was wonderfully skilled at her job- approaching gently and friendly at first, then carefully listening to what we were looking for, and made several good recommendations based on our age, skin type and facial habits. While we checked out the items with her, she continued sharing some great tips on skincare and also generously gave us samples of different brands. Would like to thank her for making the whole experience really pleasant.

As a mom with a baby, I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I bought Kendamil formula here, but the employee lied by telling me that, "According to store policy, formula cannot be returned." That statement was false. I later confirmed with Shoppers Drug Mart customer service that this was not the company's policy. The formula was brand new, unopened, and in its original condition.
