I went to the beauty section and bought a few gifts to bring back with me to the UK. The service from the lady in the beauty section was really good. On the other hand, the service from the chemist was awful. The guy who served me clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The pharmacist himself was really nice and helpful. Overall, I shouldn’t have spent my hard earn money at this store, if some of the staff don’t have experience of delivering good customer service. Some of the staff just looked miserable.
