Everyone watch out! This store deducted extra PC Optimum points when processing my return. When I tried to get help, they refused to resolve the issue. More than 20,000 points (around $200) were taken from my account. This feels like taking customers’ money.
The beauty boutique has the worst customer service. I went to return something that I bought online and the lady at the desk (dark hair with blonde highlights) was not very welcoming from the start.
