I feel somewhat conflicted writing this review. The location’s manager is professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful. My concerns are not a reflection of her management, as she consistently handles situations appropriately. My dissatisfaction stems from repeated negative interactions with a specific staff member, Violet. Every experience I’ve had with her has been unpleasant, and at times, quite uncomfortable. Jay is the most wonderful staff there, super helpful. I called there to have her to look for a particular product for me. She looked and helped me to put aside! She made sure I got my 20,000 Points from my transaction! Best customer service! Will definitely go back because of her warm, welcoming attitudes and her big smile!!! Thank you Jay!
