Huge perfume odors you can't escape because the entrance door is located there and you have no choice but to experience eye and throat burn and complete discomfort. Who designed this? Also back pain meds on lower shelves and self check outs that aren't height adjustable. Are you a drug store or a department store. It ain't rocket science!
On hold for a long time. These people don't care about you, they just want to keep you alive and make more money. That's the world we are living in unfortunately. A GP told me they were taught at medical school to never help people fully but to keep them alive.
