First visit. Had highlights done on thick, white/greying hair, and the entire experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, and Natalia was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive with true one-on-one service. She took her time to ensure the color fully saturated each strand, resulting in a rich, even finish. It’s not cheap, but absolutely worth it—beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely be back.”
