Really nice customer service .They would've gotten 5 stars, but I went into to purchase Black hair rinse.I picked up the wrong product, and I must admit the two young ladies did try to tell me the difference. In what I was purchasing. But failed to tell me that if I purchased permanent dye, I would need a developer, which I wasn't familiar with.
