Really nice customer service .They would've gotten 5 stars, but I went into to purchase Black hair rinse.I picked up the wrong product, and I must admit the two young ladies did try to tell me the difference. In what I was purchasing. But failed to tell me that if I purchased permanent dye, I would need a developer, which I wasn't familiar with. 0 stars Don’t go here find somewhere else . They follow you around the store until you purchase and they are waaay too expensive. I spent a $100 in here for braiding supplies ( 4 items ) after being followed around the entire time . They didn’t have what I wanted . So I settled for items I didn’t even really want . Don’t create a business for a specific demographic of people that you do not trust .

This store used to be good but then the started price gauging..there soft locs used to be 6.99 now there 18.99 and there is only so much hair inside
