I honestly have never had such an amazing experience at a salon. I had gone to a salon on Monday and walked out not happy with my hair. I booked an appointment for Saturday here in hopes for a better experience, and Lisa by far exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I was going for. I showed her a picture and my hair turned out amazing!! I’m so happy I finally found someone that I will continue to go to. I’m excited for my next appointment.
Beware. Find a stylist that actually listens to you. If you realize that they are not, walk out. I wish I had. My hair is an absolute disaster. I paid a lot of money here. Multiple appointments and...I anticipated more (I had a vison) . Before I knew it..the BEST cut turned into the worst crap on my head ...in one appointment my entire life flashed before my eyes (not the first appointment but the THIRD.) OK (is what it is) so it was a super bad cut and a massacre of a dyeing mess. She wanted something "quick" she charged me... read more
