I showed up today because the hours stated on Google they opened at 10am but they are closed and the hours posted on the door states 12pm.
Store isn’t open at the time listed supposed to be open at 9 but at 9:30 still closed
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was charged for hair that they didn’t even have in stock. Before realizing that, the employee brought me the wrong hair THREE different times, which made it obvious no one knew what they were doing. After wasting my time, I was basically told to just pick something else because I’d already been charged. I went into Beauty and Beyond in Hinesville today, and honestly, the experience was really disappointing. Usually when I walk into a hair store, I’m greeted with a simple “hello” or “how are you,” but that didn’t happen here. The door literally slammed behind me, and no one acknowledged me at all.
