I went into Beauty and Beyond in Hinesville today, and honestly, the experience was really disappointing. Usually when I walk into a hair store, I’m greeted with a simple “hello” or “how are you,” but that didn’t happen here. The door literally slammed behind me, and no one acknowledged me at all. Purchased a Durag in a sealed container. Opened outside the store. Nice Durag, but had a whole in it. Took it right back inside for an exchange. They said no. Because it was open. That’s their policy, not posted anywhere. Except the receipt, after you purchase. How can you see through a closed container? Wasn’t employees fault. THEY ARE ROBBING THE COMMUNITY.
