I had a very disappointing experience here. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled pedicure appointment at 1:45 p.m., confirmed by email. Despite the open sign being on, a “walk-ins welcome” sign displayed outside the door on the deck and the lights on, the door was locked. I knocked for a while and looked in the windows and even called the number with no answer. I recently got the Head Spa done by Kristen and let me tell you ….. it was AMAZING! Everything from the products used, and tingly refreshing cool feeling they left. From the face mask and Jade bead eye cover, to the shoulder and neck massage. The halo water feature adds a truly relaxing experience, and the blow out at the end ensures you leave looking fab.
