DO NOT i repeat DO NOT purchase anything from Beauty Basics. I ordered a product with them and it came in damaged. When I reached out to Beauty Basics they said they would file a claim with USPS and requested photo evidence of the contents of my package. I did everything they asked for and they said they would contact me after they heard back from USPS. It has been nearly a month now and they have yet to contact me back. They dodged the multiple calls and emails I sent. TERRIBLE customer service.
Very bad experience and shipment was wrong and the pallets was old packaging and damaged I paid 10$ extra for fast shipment bt i received exactly after 22 days When i complained to one of their agent about the service n the products she reply me back Sorry we are on holiday its easter !!!! Come on guys i paid money not eggs !!!!! Very bad experience Bad products Bad shipment Bad customer service I don't advise anyone
