Such a great barre class! The instructors are great and really know how to keep you motivated. I genuinely enjoy coming every time—it’s become one of my favorite workouts!
If you haven't been to Barre Class, you are missing out! This is the best workout I have ever done. For the first time in my life I can work out and not injure myself. Not only that but the results are great!

I love barre. It gives me strength, calms, and focuses me. It also challenges me. It is fun and it is a great workout. The boutique has beautiful clothing, shoes, and accessories. The environment is welcoming, positive, and supportive.
