My wife came out scalped, even after she showed the owner a photo of the cut she wanted. Too much talking between the two “stylists” likely a distraction. My wife is too graceful to be able to tell the owner that her cut was aweful. Uneven. She came out with approx 1/3 of the amount of hair that she asked for. My wife even had her phone sitting at the owner’s station in plain view for her to look at.
Always feel welcome when I'm there and has been my Barber for the past 3+ year
Very nice girls to talk with but, she butchered my hair and couldn't name a single thing to style my thick hair with. I got layers that are jagged and uneven, and can't even do a ponytail to hide it. She did a great job on my daughter's hair, and that was the only positive.
