I booked an appointment and was rescheduled to the next day which was fine but then they canceled on my reschedule with no notice and didn’t respond to my texts after she asked if I had other availability. This was the owner Keri who handled the situation. I live an hour out of town and drove in twice to be turned away with very little notice. 👎
Thanks so much!! Came with my 2 sisters and my Mom and had pedicures. Such a clean, beautiful salon with great service. Loved the attention to detail and being offered a beverage and such great service!!!
Had this appointment booked well advance for a really important event and I never treat myself to things like this and the stylist didn’t show up and never communicated that she wasn’t going to come to her own appointment. Super let down and disappointed
