Esperanza came highly recommended and seems to do beautiful work, but proved herself to be extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I arrived at 10:45 for my 11:00 appt. I was told Esperanza was in the back getting ready for me. At 11:15 I was approached by another lady and when I explained I was waiting for Esperanza, she pointed to a stylist who had been with a client since I arrived and had just started blow drying her hair. Worst make up and hair style aver, done by Evelyn Murguia, imagine having an important event, paying someone “professional” to do your makeup and hair and walking out of there almost crying, this is how bad my experience was, not only that but I had fix my daughters hair style with her standing right next to us because she couldn’t even put a hairband with out messing it up, we’re taking about a professional hair and makeup stylist here she should know!
