Awful, I am never getting my hair done again. My hair is literally damaged forever now. I asked for highlights and I got a whole balayge that didn’t blend in and was way to light that it turned my hair white and now my hair is falling off and is very dry and I had virgin hair before and getting this experience on my used to be healthy hair makes me cry.
