Terrible service. My wife made an appointment this morning online for a 3PM blowout and when we got there at the appointment time they lady who was supposed to do it told us the party who got there wanting to make trucker hats had to be done first. So the appointment she made was not priority. We waited for 10 min and when my wife asked if someone would be doing her hair the lady working was totally unprofessional about it all. Beware…THEY DON’T HONOR ONLINE APPOINTMENTS.. I booked an online appointment for a blowout and my appointment time was not honored because a group had walked in who wanted to make trucker hats prior. Apparently you don’t need an appointment for that, but it takes priority to appointments made for salon services.I waited ten minutes past the time my appointment was supposed to start and was told my appointment time didn’t matter. Rebecca is absolutely the best around for blonde highlights!! I drive from Ft. Smith to see her because no one in my area can get my color right. She's also one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. They have a full service salon, boutique, massage, nails, permanent jewelry and you can even have an adult beverage while you're there!
A group of 16 came to make hats, shop and do permanent jewelry. The staff was so patient and kind in helping us. We had a blast! This was my second trip to broken bow and this is a must stop shop!!!!
Rebekah was the best ever! She made my hair dreams truly come true and given me a shade of blonde I never thought I could have! I felt comfortable and welcome the entire time! 🤍
