Terrible service. My wife made an appointment this morning online for a 3PM blowout and when we got there at the appointment time they lady who was supposed to do it told us the party who got there wanting to make trucker hats had to be done first. So the appointment she made was not priority. We waited for 10 min and when my wife asked if someone would be doing her hair the lady working was totally unprofessional about it all. Beware…THEY DON’T HONOR ONLINE APPOINTMENTS.. I booked an online appointment for a blowout and my appointment time was not honored because a group had walked in who wanted to make trucker hats prior. Apparently you don’t need an appointment for that, but it takes priority to appointments made for salon services.I waited ten minutes past the time my appointment was supposed to start and was told my appointment time didn’t matter.
