The shorter dark haired woman at the front is so so sweet and kind! I think she is the manager or owner, not sure but she was definitely a highlight of my visit. She was genuinely concerned about making sure I got the outcome I needed and took my booking last minute. The space was clean and cute and easy to find. Love this place! I came and got a lash lift and tint with Hanna, after a bad experience at another salon I was worried to try again. I came in for a free patch test because I am allergic to certain dyes and we found one that works for me. The shop is clean and everyone is very welcoming, Hanna was informative and accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone. The shop also followed up with me afterwards to make sure I didn't have any bad reactions. Thanks so much I will definitely be back!
My last visit here was VERY UNPLEASANT. My usual girl was out sick and no one notified me. The new girl who did my lashes completely ignored everything I told her about my refills and did what she wanted to do. If that wasn’t bad enough, she caught an attitude when she saw I wasn’t happy about how my lashes turned out. I got the Lash Lift and Tint + Brow Shaping and Tint done by Hanna. My lashes are decently long but very straight and the tips were a bit translucent. It was my first time ever getting these services done and I’m very happy with the results. Since it was my first time I didn’t really know what I wanted so I told Hanna to do whatever she thought was best, and the only thing I’ll ask to be done differently when I see her next time is to have have my brows a smidge thinner and a more defined arch.
