The environment is very clean, and I appreciate the reward system. It is quite helpful, and there is always someone available to assist.
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this store, but lately the experience has changed. With the arrival of new staff, the environment has become noticeably less welcoming. I've felt uncomfortable being closely watched and even followed around the store in a very obvious way. It’s frustrating to feel treated with suspicion when I’m just trying to shop. They charge $64 for 18in empire bulk for boho hair. The hair is $35 everywhere else. They charge double since there is a hair braiding shop next door sends them customers.
Very rude! They follow you up and down each aisle, without asking if you need help.
