With all the Beauty supplies in the Randallstown Owings Mills Beauty Avenue Randallstown was my go to store until today. When I walked in the door I zipped up my pocketbook, put around my neck and pushed it behind my back. Even with that the girl at the register was watching me. I picked a few items that came up to a little over $10, I had some cash but decided to keep my cash and use my debit card. I have a very very poor experience with them & this a place have been shoping for years. I bought a sleeping cap in the shop & when I open, the cap is torn. I have to return it. The sale lady that was there was SO SO RUDE, not even apology for the stuff I paid for, saying is final sales, I ask ok if I buy another sleeping cap can i open it? She said NO.... that means they know what they our selling in the store, the store is FUND.........

The environment is very clean, and I appreciate the reward system. It is quite helpful, and there is always someone available to assist.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this store, but lately the experience has changed. With the arrival of new staff, the environment has become noticeably less welcoming. I've felt uncomfortable being closely watched and even followed around the store in a very obvious way. It’s frustrating to feel treated with suspicion when I’m just trying to shop. Ironically, the people who are actually stealing seem to go unnoticed, while honest customers are being scrutinized. Unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable spending my money here ... read more

They charge $64 for 18in empire bulk for boho hair. The hair is $35 everywhere else. They charge double since there is a hair braiding shop next door sends them customers.
