I visited recently with terrible neck and shoulder pain and shooting pain down my right leg. Tracy was amazing. She took me through a consultation test and range of motion to identify where we needed to do work and carried out a wonderful massage which included stretching that left feeling truly open after. I highly recommend.

I visited Tracey for a clinical massage. Her warm, bubbly, caring, character put me at ease immediately. Tracey listened to my various issues and put together a specific treatment plan. I recently had a clinical massage with Tracy, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Tracy was attentive and took the time to understand my specific issues, particularly with my neck and shoulders. The massage itself was incredible; she skillfully worked on the areas that needed the most attention, and I could feel the tension melting away.
