I had a really brilliant massage with Tracy yesterday - it really helped ease my neck and shoulder pain, let me feeling much freer and more relaxed. I have got my full range of motion back, thank you so much 🙏🙏
I visited recently with terrible neck and shoulder pain and shooting pain down my right leg. Tracy was amazing. She took me through a consultation test and range of motion to identify where we needed to do work and carried out a wonderful massage which included stretching that left feeling truly open after. I highly recommend.
