Unfortunately, I didn't have the same amazing experience or professionalism from Susanna that other reviews here had. My wedding was 7/4/25 and I booked my eyelash appointment with Susanna/Beauty and Wax Bar for Sunday, 6/29/25, I confirmed my appointment in the app and was ready to leave when Susanna canceled on me 30 minutes prior to my 6/29 appointment. Susana is incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable right away. I went in for lash services, and she was both professional and highly knowledgeable. Her customer service is excellent—she responds promptly to messages and ensures a smooth experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality lash services.

I've been to Susanna TWICE now: once for a full set & once for a fill. BEFORE going to her, I got my very first set of lashes at a DIFFERENT salon - got ripped off pretty much. Their lashes were almost $200 for naturals & they already started falling off within the first few hours and were basically gone by the end of the first week. Tried contacting them the second they started falling to see if they would put me in to fix them - no response whatsoever. (Never again).
