Booked a facial 2 days prior, rearranged my whole schedule for the time slot that was available. Double checked my appointment the night before. Only to find out once I arrived at the location that they were unavailable. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

Aniyah and the Beauty and the Beat team were incredibly professional and on time. I had to arrange service for a wedding in Cleveland from Denver.
