Fire and Ice Therapy Combo was great!
Skin care, probably good!! Was interested in just the sauna/cold plunge setup and only reviewing that aspect. $1/min for an infrared sauna in the corner of an office style setup… you could by the same one on Amazon for like 3k. Like, just get a gym membership. 60 minutes in the sauna here and you basically could get a ‘free’ lifetime membership with a legit sauna. Cassie is the absolute best!!! She knows my skin better than I do. She is my go to when I'm in town. I couldn't recommend her enough.
Go to Cassandra for your lashes! (And makeup, and facials!) Not only is her work next level she’s so sweet and sanitary. 10/10 highly recommend.
