I went to Beauty and Lash Bar in Simi Valley for a lash lift and the technician Leanna Piano attempted the service but did not do it correctly. She charged me for a service that produced no results, damaged my lashes, eyes and refused to refund me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was seated in a chair right next to clients getting haircuts, with people walking around me and loud conversations. Just wanted to share my beautiful experience with beauty and lash bar. I went in last week for a lash lift and had the most beautiful results. The staff was sweet the salon was clean and the service was exceptional!!!! Highly recommend.
Shawnna does an amazing job on my lashes! She is so quick and they last forever. Tamiko did my makeup and hair tinsel and I absolutely loved them! Highly recommend this place :)
Shawnaa is the best. She creates beautiful lashes. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Her space is very comfortable and neat. And most of all she has the best hospitality and she's creative and trustworthy
So Shawna was running a special on Facebook half off Lashes for some reason I don’t know . I got sick and unfortunately, had to miss my first appointment, which she was totally kind and understanding about and didn’t charge me a cancellation fee. Fast-forward to the day of my appointment, I get a message saying come no make up on. That’s no problem. I took a shower.
