Karen is warm, caring, and knowledgable. I had my first laser session to remove dark spots in late March 2024 (I'm a 39 year old female). Two spots on the right side of my face essentially disappeared after my session! I saw such an improvement in my hyperpigmentation that I booked another session in Jan 2025 to address additional dark spots that have popped up. I highly recommend Karen's services!
