I had the worst salon experience I’ve ever had at this place. I came in with a clear picture of the haircut and color I wanted after booking my appointment in advance. I was reassured that it would be no problem and the stylist could easily achieve the look based on the photo I provided. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I had a wonderful experience with Lydia yesterday! She was wonderful! Very kind, positive energy! I had not had a haircut in about a year. I have been getting my hair done with my best friend since she was in cosmetology school over 20 years ago now. I moved to the area about 5 years ago and decided that it was finally time to find someone to help me with my hair here. So I was extremely nervous. She made me feel very comfortable in her chair!
