I visited Vaishali yesterday for brow threading and tinting after reading so many glowing reviews about her work, and I’m so glad I did! She exceeded my expectations. Unlike other places where I usually have to give a lot of direction, she instinctively knew what would work best for my brows. She took her time to ensure they were perfectly even, and the results were amazing! My mom loved them so much that she’s planning to book an appointment with her too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flawless brows!

When we arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment as asked, no one was there for at least 20 minutes. I ended up having to call the spa to get someone on the phone. Our massages ended up starting 35 minutes later than scheduled and the staff was very confused and hard to communicate with. I was there with a friend for a prescheduled prenatal massage and the massage therapist was not aware and I had to remind them.
